That’s how we build a legacy. And how you build a career here.
Because racing isn’t just something we do. It’s who we are.
We are racers.
Are you?
As Senior Specialist, Partner Operations, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering critical partner operations for the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). You will build and align partner-facing processes with other racing series and the wider commercial operating model, helping to deliver contractual rights and support partnership value.
You will develop the processes and supporting materials required for partner onboarding, handbooks and guidelines, gifting, digital platforms, the partner hub and McLaren Racing Club. You will represent WEC partner activity through internal team and steering committee updates, and oversee the WEC contribution to partnership value reporting.
You will liaise with partner communications on series commercial updates, lead series workshops and support executive engagement planning. For races and events, you will produce partnership content for executive briefs and coordinate activation plans, partner run sheets, driver briefings and talent requirements. Working with Commercial Operations, you will support the trackside delivery of content requests, hospitality, meet and greets, and other contractual assets.
You will work closely with Commercial Technology to maintain accurate partner contracts, asset tracking and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records as a single source of truth. You will also help create technical integration case studies and collaborate with Communications and Brand Design on partner announcements, multichannel communications and branding approvals.
Required
Strong experience in partnership operations, sponsorship delivery, account operations or a comparable commercial environment.
Proven ability to build, document and improve processes across multiple teams and workstreams.
Experience planning and delivering partner rights, activations, events or operational programmes against agreed deadlines.
Strong project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and identify risks before they affect delivery.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across commercial, communications, brand, events, hospitality, content and technology teams.
A clear understanding of partnership contracts, rights delivery and asset tracking, with experience maintaining accurate records.
Experience using CRM, asset management or reporting systems to track activities, commitments and outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing partner updates, operational plans, briefs, reports and presentation materials.
Confidence working with senior internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies and suppliers.
Strong attention to detail when managing approvals, contractual assets, event requirements and partner-facing communications.
The ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure, including around races and live events.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how effective partner operations support engagement, value delivery and long-term partnership outcomes.
You will be accountable, organised and proactive, bringing structure to complex activity and taking ownership from planning through to delivery. You will communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and remain composed when priorities change or deadlines tighten. The role also requires adaptability, curiosity, resilience and a commercially minded approach, alongside an inclusive, respectful and hands-on working style.
Preferred
Experience in motorsport, sport, entertainment, events or another rights-holder environment.
Knowledge of sponsorship and sports marketing.
Experience supporting global partners across multiple markets, events or racing series.
Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
Understanding of brand approval, content production and partner communications processes.
Experience supporting trackside operations, hospitality, talent appearances or executive engagement.
