A Day in the Life
The Enterprise Architecture & Strategy function defines the technology direction, architectural standards, and capability roadmaps that enable scalable, secure, and resilient business operations across Medtronic. This role is focused on Supply Chain and Manufacturing, partnering with business, technology, data, and engineering teams to shape enterprise architecture strategy, drive modernization initiatives, and align technology investments with operational priorities.
This position may be based in Mounds View, Minnesota or Mansfield, Massachusetts. The role follows a flexible onsite work model, with employees expected to work onsite four days per week. Travel requirements are expected to be limited and based on business needs.
This role serves as the Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain and Manufacturing, providing strategic architecture leadership across business capabilities, applications, data, integrations, and operational technologies. The position is responsible for defining future-state architecture, governing technology investments, enabling digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and enterprise technology strategy.
