Medtronic’s Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) business is looking for a Senior Software Manager to be part of a high-performing team that is revolutionizing the design and development of energy-based therapeutic medical devices to treat hypertension. In this role, you will leverage both your technical breadth and business acumen to support the newly approved medical therapy device software, along with accessory digital solutions.

This position is in Mounds View, MN. within the Interventional Cardiology Therapies Operating Unit. We are working on-site 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

A Day in The Life

The Senior Software Engineering Manager will have full life cycle responsibility for a software product in the ICT portfolio and oversight of a team of software engineers who develop and support firmware, embedded, GUI and application software for stand-alone medical device and accessory digital solutions. You will be responsible for department processes, talent recruitment, performance and development, resource planning and prioritizing and directing the responsibilities of your team.
