Description
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Level 3 or Level 4) to help scale, stabilize, and evolve core platform services that power critical functionality across Meltwater. In this role, you’ll work on high-impact, high-traffic systems focused on authentication, permissions, provisioning, and other foundational capabilities that enable product teams to move faster without sacrificing reliability. You’ll play a key role in improving performance, reducing technical debt, and driving long-term platform evolution in a Node.js environment, with an ongoing transition from JavaScript to TypeScript.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex backend challenges, and wants to influence system architecture at scale.
