Meta is seeking a senior individual contributor to join the Small Business Product & Solutions team. Our mission is to power small business prosperity and build solutions that serve the millions of small businesses across Meta.
This leader will help small businesses turn Meta's products into practical business outcomes. They will translate customer needs into actionable recommendations for product teams, build repeatable enablement that helps businesses adopt and use our tools, and prioritize external partnerships that extend reach and accelerate adoption.
The role connects four activities: understand the business, influence the product, enable successful use, and scale what works through partners. It is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role to help further our small business strategy. Success means helping more small businesses use Meta's products and superintelligence to start, run, and grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Translate small business needs into product priorities. Partner with Research, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams to identify important jobs to be done and barriers to adoption. Synthesize existing evidence and targeted customer engagement into clear problem statements, recommendations, and pilot opportunities.
- Partner with product teams from discovery through adoption. Bring the small business perspective to roadmap and launch discussions; help prioritize customer problems, define practical use cases, test solutions, and track how feedback changes decisions.
- Build scaled, practical enablement. Develop reusable onboarding, guided workflows, demonstrations, playbooks, and train-the-trainer programs with relevant teams. Design for businesses with limited time, staff, and technical expertise, including those without a sales relationship. Reuse existing channels and programs before creating new ones.
- Prioritize external partnership opportunities. Evaluate potential partners on customer relevance, incremental reach, adoption potential, implementation readiness, economics, and execution risk. Recommend a focused portfolio of opportunities, clear go/no-go decisions, and measurable pilot plans; partner with the designated relationship and deal owners on execution.
- Connect enablement and partnerships to measurable outcomes. Define shared metrics and evaluation plans with Product and Data Science, including successful activation, repeat use, customer task completion, time saved, and cost-efficient distribution. Use evidence to scale, improve, or stop initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams. Establish clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and decision forums across partner teams. Independently resolve ambiguity and alignment challenges; escalate material tradeoffs with a recommendation.
- Inform strategy and executive decisions. Maintain a focused view of customer needs, competitive offerings, and ecosystem gaps. Provide concise recommendations to the team leader and senior leadership on where Meta should invest, partner, or simplify.
- Build verified proof points. Work with measurement and communications partners to develop credible examples of small business impact, with appropriate validation and permission before external use.
