• MetLife JapanのUSGAAP Actuarial Teamでは、Assistant ManagerまたはManagerを募集しています。本ポジションは、USGAAP領域、または経験率調査・アサンプション領域のいずれかを主担当とし、四半期決算、財務分析、予算策定、将来収支予測、経営分析、経験率調査、アサンプション設定、各種プロジェクトの推進を通じて、会社の財務報告および経営判断を支える重要な役割を担います。
• また、香港を拠点とするRegionalチーム、マレーシアCoEチーム、米国Corporateチームと連携しながら、グローバルな環境の中で業務改善やガバナンス強化にも携わっていただきます。
• さらに、国内外の多様な専門家と協働しながら、高度な保険数理・会計・ファイナンスの知識を習得し、将来的にはUSGAAPレポーティング、経験率調査、アサンプション設定など幅広い数理領域で活躍する中核人材として成長していただくことを期待しています。
• 保険会社におけるアクチュアリー業務、商品開発、決算、経験率調査、リスク管理、ALMなどのいずれかの実務経験を有し、分析力、コミュニケーション力、課題解決力を備えた方を求めています。英語による業務経験があればなお望ましく、USGAAPの知識・経験は歓迎要件ですが必須ではありません。チームワークを重視しながら主体的に学び、新しい課題に挑戦する意欲のある方を歓迎します。

MetLife Japan's USGAAP Actuarial Team is seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to join the team. This role will primarily focus on either the USGAAP area or the Experience Study and Assumption setting area, and will play a key role in supporting the Company's financial reporting and management decision-making through quarterly financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, projections, management analysis, experience studies, assumption setting, and the driving of various projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional team based in Hong Kong, the Malaysia Center of Excellence (CoE) team, and the U.S. Corporate team, while contributing to process improvements and governance enhancement in a global environment.

Working alongside diverse experts in Japan and overseas, the successful candidate will develop advanced actuarial, accounting, and finance expertise. We expectthem to grow into a core member who can play an active role across a wide range of actuarial areas, including USGAAP reporting, experience studies, and assumption setting.

We are looking for candidates with experience in any of the following areas within an insurance company: actuarial work, product development, financial reporting, experience studies, risk management, ALM, or relatedfields. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in English is preferred.USGAAP knowledge or experience is a plus but not required. We welcome individuals who value teamwork, are proactive in learning, and are motivated to take on new challenges.
