IT Infrastructure Specialist

The Opportunity

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to keep our local business running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for resolving IT issues and requests quickly, while working with global suppliers and support teams, from server to application support, to make sure all services perform within agreed parameters. You will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager and join an inclusive, multicultural team where your ideas make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for end-user infrastructure and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, application, and voice technology issues.
• Resolve ServiceNow tickets on time and within SLA, and guide users to raise tickets with the right support groups.
• Administer Windows Servers in scope.
• Support the IT Risk & Security team by remediating known vulnerabilities and applying security patches.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to resolve issues.
• Support Global Teams in deploying infrastructure and application changes.
• Support the local business during end-of-month activities.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) responsibly to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and routine task automation.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3-5 years in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Support roles.
• Experience working in multicultural, regional teams.
• Technical skills
• Working knowledge of ITIL and process-driven service delivery.
• Active Directory.
• Windows Server administration.
• Network operations and hardware (Cisco routers and switches).
• AI fluency
• Practical, hands-on use of AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) in daily work, such as drafting solutions, analyzing logs or errors, and creating knowledge articles.
• Ability to write clear prompts, critically validate AI outputs, and apply AI within data privacy and security guidelines.
• Curiosity and openness to adopting AI-enabled and automated ways of working.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and awareness of the impact of infrastructure changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware knowledge.
• MS SQL configuration and scripting.
• PowerShell scripting, including using AI to generate, review, and improve scripts.
• Experience or desire to automate repetitive IT tasks (e.g., with Power Automate or Copilot Studio).
• The expected salary range for this position is 182100 - 230000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
