Service Sales Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Service Field Sales Representative to join our growing Service business. This is an exciting opportunity for a field-based sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and helping customers improve operational performance through service solutions.

Covering the South of the UK, you will work directly with customers across a range of industries, promoting service contracts, calibration services, preventative maintenance programmes, and other value-added service solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving sales of service contracts and solutions across your territory.
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads.
• Developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Conducting customer visits and delivering compelling service presentations.
• Collaborating with service engineers and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Managing sales opportunities through CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
• Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally within industrial, technical, engineering, service, maintenance, calibration, instrumentation or related sectors.
• Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven approach.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory
