Overview

Microsoft US Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced sales leader to lead a team responsible for some of Microsoft's most strategic healthcare customers, specifically with healthcare payors.

As the Sales Director, you will be accountable for leading an experienced account team, building deep relationships with customer executives, and translating Microsoft's portfolio and AI strategy into meaningful customer outcomes and sustainable business growth. • Build executive relationships
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior customer executives and understand their business strategy, financial priorities, transformation agenda, and competitive environment.
  • Engage executives with a point of view rather than simply presenting Microsoft's portfolio.
  • Create executive sponsorship strategies for priority customers and opportunities.
  • Represent Microsoft credibly with healthcare executives and industry leaders.
  • Lead and develop the team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account leaders and technical strategists.
  • Create clarity around expectations, priorities, ownership, and accountability.
