Senior Product Marketing Manager - Business Value

Atlanta, GA +3 In person Full-time

Overview

For 50 years, Microsoft has built the tools the world works on while learning alongside our customers as work itself has evolved. Today, AI is transforming not only how work gets done, but how organizations think about technology investment, consumption, and value. FinOps is emerging as a critical discipline for this new era, helping organizations plan AI investments, govern and optimize consumption, and connect spend to measurable business outcomes. Microsoft has an opportunity to help shape this conversation across the industry, grounded in how customers are adopting Microsoft Copilot and agents at scale.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Business Value Narrative, you will help define Microsoft’s point of view on FinOps, the economics of AI, and the future of work. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, commercial strategy, customer insight, and storytelling, you will turn complex pricing and consumption models, product capabilities, market trends, research, and customer evidence into simple, compelling narratives.

You will bring those narratives to life through thought leadership, keynotes, launches, research, customer evidence, field enablement, and executive conversations. This role requires an exceptional writer and strategic thinker who can simplify complexity without losing substance or credibility, connect technology innovation to customer value, and influence senior leaders across product, marketing, and the broader business.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.
