Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, integrations, and end-to-end solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles. Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# and .NET. Build client-side customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 Web API. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Perform data migration, data validation, and system optimization activities.

Support deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams. Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design reviews. Hands-on experience in CRM implementation, customization, and support projects. Experience with Dynamics 365 online environments. Strong understanding of CRM architecture and best practices. Experience working in Agile development environments. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
