Associate Salesforce Architect Role Summary We are looking for a Associate Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and system integrations. The role focuses on designing scalable service solutions, integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, and supporting architecture decisions while promoting Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.

Recommend standard Salesforce features before custom development. Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware. Create solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation. Support Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Digital Engagement. Work with business, development, and integration teams to deliver solutions.

Support deployment planning, data migration, and governance activities. Required Skills 8-12 years of Salesforce experience. Strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud. Good knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with Salesforce integrations and integration patterns. Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, OIC, or Boomi. Working knowledge of Flows, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security.

Strong requirement analysis and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce. Knowledge of AI capabilities within Salesforce. Experience with integration monitoring and optimization. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder Platform Developer I Service Cloud Consultant AI Associate (preferred) Success Criteria Understands requirements and proposes practical solutions.

Designs scalable Service Cloud and integration solutions. Clearly explains solution approaches and implementation steps. Promotes out-of-the-box capabilities where possible. Demonstrates strong solution design and architect-level thinking.
