Join our HR Operations team for a 12 months period and discover the following tasks:

HR Operations management: Employee lifecycle administrative management;

Participation in the organization of Welcome Days for new joiners and other HR events;

Maintenance of employee records and files;

Active participation in HR projects implementations;

Participation in the updating of HR policies, procedures and guidelines related to employee life cycle;

Initial work experience (student job, other internship);

Very good organizational skills;

Very good written and verbal communication skills in French & English;

Reliable, autonomous, discreet, team player;

MS Office : very good skills.
