• Make an
• impact as a Senior Power Platform Developer in our Business Intelligence -
• Development team, the primary focus of this role is designing and building
• enterprise applications and automation solutions with Microsoft Power Apps,
• Power Automate, Dataverse, and the broader Power Platform tool set. Power BI
• and analytics are important secondary skills that support integrated,
• end-to-end business solutions. We’re looking for an experienced developer who
• can stand up complex initiatives, apply both low-code and pro-code approaches,
• integrate AI capabilities, and consistently deliver secure, scalable solutions
• that improve how MNP does business.

Responsibilities

• ·Design, develop, deploy, and
• support enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• ·Build accessible, responsive
• canvas and model-driven Power Apps using Power Fx and reusable components.
• ·Develop pro-code extensions and
• integrations using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, PCF, custom APIs, connectors,
• and Azure services.
• ·Design reliable Power Automate
• solutions with reusable patterns, error handling, and monitoring.
• ·Integrate AI capabilities using
• AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and agent-based solutions.
• ·Design secure, scalable Dataverse
• data models, business logic, and integrations.
• ·Translate complex business
• requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• ·Establish standards for
• architecture, governance, security, ALM, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
• ·Provide input into continuous
• technical improvement through solution reviews, mentoring, optimization, and
• development best practices.

Skills

• ·Strong knowledge of Power
• Platform architecture, governance, security, managed solutions, and application
• lifecycle management.
• ·Working knowledge of Power BI,
• including semantic models, Power Query, DAX, security, and embedded analytics.
• ·Proven senior level technical
• innovation, adherence to best practices, sound decision-making, stakeholder
• communication, mentoring, and delivery management skills.
• ·Assets include pro-code
• development, AI integration, Microsoft certifications, Azure DevOps or GitHub,
• Power Platform pipelines or CoE, and Microsoft Fabric experience.

Requirements

Experience

• ·5+ years of experience delivering
• enterprise applications and automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
• or comparable cloud technologies.
• ·Advanced experience with Power
• Apps, Power Fx, Dataverse, reusable components, security, and performance
• optimization.
• ·Strong experience designing and
• supporting enterprise Power Automate solutions.
• ·Experience integrating Power
• Platform with SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, Azure services, and
• other enterprise systems.
• ·Experience with source control,
• solution packaging, automated deployment, and CI/CD.
