What you'll do

Be the expert of travellers, airports, and retail customers and build knowledge across teams — Category Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing and Leadership team. Partner with I&A to shape a joint learning plan, equip our brands to be the biggest growth contributors, and ensure Mondelēz WTR stands out among all suppliers. Create powerful selling stories to support our strategic initiatives

Drive mutual growth with retailers. Lead category captaincy projects, collaborate with retailer insight teams, and unlock shared growth opportunities. Support the sales teams to strength our multi-year JBP with shared and measurable KPIs

What you'll bring

  • Strategic thinking — you thrive on turning diverse, complex insights into clear, growth-driving actions
  • Storytelling talent — you make data visual, engaging, and impossible to ignore, easy to remember
  • Shopper and retailer expertise — with a track record of delivering growth through multi-stakeholder programmes
  • Category development experience — you know how to lead through insight and build category visions that stick
  • Analytical horsepower and business acumen — you simplify the complex without losing what matters
  • FMCG experience — you understand the pace and rigour of fast-moving consumer goods (7+ years’ experience in FMCG)
  • A future-focused mindset — curious about trends, digital solutions, and innovation, yet can land it in reality and prioritisation
  • Travel retail knowledge (a distinct advantage) — understanding of airports, retailers, travellers, and the commercial model that makes this channel unique
