Department Overview
Global Education believes our learners foster safer communities when personalized, engaging, and relevant learning experiences equip them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in their roles. The CommandCentral Training Delivery Team designs and delivers software training to the public safety sector. We are committed to providing thoughtful, instructor-led training which allows customers to focus on their mission and enables them to respond faster with smarter and safer decisions.
The CommandCentral software suite includes Community Engagement, NG 9-1-1 Call Management, Voice & Computer Aided Dispatch, Real Time Intelligence Operations, Field Response and Reporting, Records & Evidence Management and additional software products.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a combination of traits to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies. In this role you will be responsible for supporting ongoing technical/end-user training activities within Global Education, with added focus on the user experience, customer workflows, and quality of the training.
