Moxa IT is a professional information technology team handling business application systems and IT infrastructure globally, and we are actively transforming towards AI-enabled capabilities. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and AI-capable full-stack developer to join us in building world-class business platforms, specifically supporting our various external-facing operational platforms, including the global corporate website and Partner Zone.
The candidate should equip with solid technology background, development experience, and a strong mindset for AI-assisted software engineering (such as Spec-Driven Development - SDD). Hands-on experience for business application implementation upon either cloud or on-premised, coupled with the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle, are the key criteria.
Manage/Engage of Key Initiatives and make business unit to success via ensure successful engagements and project go-lives. Start from analyzing business requirements, variances, and solution assessment, you will utilize modern AI technologies to streamline implementation and deliver high-quality solutions.
ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
- 負責Customer facing相關的Web Based平台應用服務開發與維護工作。
- 導入並實踐 Spec-Driven Development (SDD) 流程，運用 AI 輔助開發工具結合 OpenSpec 等工具，加速系統架構設計與程式碼產出。
- 依據系統規格，進行 Web Based應用系統之程式開發，並協助專案經理進行專案可行性評估、時程安排以及專案文件之撰寫交付。
- 系統上線後負起維護與持續改善的責任。
- 因團隊負責之平台為對外營運服務，需配合團隊輪值（On-call）機制，於非上班時段待命並處理系統異常與緊急事件，確保服務穩定運作。
ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛꜱ
- Education: 大學或碩士學位bachelor or above.
- Major Subject：Information Technology, MIS or relevant major subjects
- Basic Qualifications：
- 2至3年軟體開發與維運經驗。
- 曾有使用前端技術框架開發經驗（Vue.js、React.js等），Vue.js為佳。
- 具備.NET Framework、.NET Core開發後端技術之經驗。
- 具備 AI 輔助開發的基礎經驗與敏銳度，熟悉 Spec-Driven Development (SDD) 開發理念，並能適應人機協作的軟體開發生命週期。
- 良好溝通能力與團隊合作精神。
- 具英文書寫和基本溝通能力。
- 能自我學習並獨立完成明確的工作事項。
- 具備良好的問題排查能力。
- Preferred Qualifications：
- 具備雲端平台使用經驗 (Azure、AWS)。
- 曾有容器化技術使用經驗。
- 熟悉RESTful API、微服務架構設計。
- 具備使用進階 AI 開發工具（如 Claude Code、Codex、GitHub Copilot等）輔助日常開發與除錯之實務經驗尤佳。
- 具備定義 OpenSpec、Spec-Kit 等AI Agent可讀規格文件之能力，能有效引導 AI 產出符合架構標準之程式碼尤佳。
