Summary of Position The AI & Process Automation Analyst is responsible for building automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven solutions that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and create capacity across the program. This is a hands-on technical builder role embedded alongside business stakeholders. The individual identifies practical opportunities, develops working solutions using approved tools and languages, documents those solutions for governance and audit purposes, and partners with enterprise Technology and AI teams when a solution needs to scale beyond a self-contained build.
