Job Description Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, innovate, and contribute to next-generation AI-powered integration solutions that support thousands of employees globally. You will gain hands-on experience building enterprise-grade integrations that serve as a critical backbone for Novartis, enabling the secure and reliable exchange of millions of transactions and events across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop innovative integration solutions to connect AI Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers with enterprise applications across the Novartis ecosystem.
• Build and automate secure, scalable integrations using API Management, Event Streaming, Messaging, and Enterprise Integration platforms.
• Collaborate with experienced architects, engineers, and product teams to solve real-world business challenges and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Contribute to AI-driven integration initiatives, proof-of-concepts, innovation challenges, hackathons, and technical learning programs.
• Support the integration of AgentCore Gateway with internal and external platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other strategic enterprise systems.

Who We’re Looking For

• Pursuing a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Passion for exploring emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise-scale platforms.
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Python, REST APIs, networking, security concepts, or cloud technologies.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
