Top pros

  • Good pay, lots of interesting work going on, cool HQ.
  • Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.
  • Very welcoming environment, surrounded by very smart people, lots of opportunities outside of work to engage with NVIDIA through ERGs and conferences like GTC. Great vision for the company from the CEO.

Top cons

  • Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
  • Comp is a little low for new people compared to other tech companies.

[04] COMPENSATION
