NVIDIA is looking for an OEM Field Enablement Manager to support the sales teams of our OEM partners Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and HP Inc. (HPI). In this role, you will design and deliver training programs and resources that help partner sellers position NVIDIA solutions with confidence. You will partner with NVIDIA and OEM teams to build, manage, and measure the impact of these programs.
You will work with internal and partner teams to develop training and field resources that give OEM sales and technical teams the knowledge they need to sell NVIDIA solutions. This includes adapting existing content and building original assets and training. You will manage a large portfolio of programs, track results, and use data to improve continuously. This role is a strong fit if you have experience in B2B technology and field enablement and a record of developing effective sales resources.
What you will be doing
- Own the global NVIDIA field enablement strategy and processes for HPE- and HPI-specific content, including program management, documentation, goal setting, execution, process improvements, content lifecycle management, and collaboration with regional teams.
- Partner with OEM enablement and sales leadership to shape enablement strategy and define programs and assets that give OEM sales and technical field teams the knowledge and skills to effectively position and sell NVIDIA solutions.
- Identify, adapt, and develop NVIDIA training to meet go-to-market priorities for target learners.
- Promote NVIDIA enablement assets and lead their adoption across OEM field teams.
- Lead cross-functional internal reviews to share results and OEM feedback.
- Build and maintain development and reporting systems to keep sales content effective. Use feedback to continuously improve content quality, format, and delivery.
What we need to see
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, content marketing, sales, product marketing, business development, or technical marketing
- Experience translating business priorities into enablement plans and influencing across internal teams and partner organizations without direct authority
- A record of planning, implementing, and measuring cross-functional field enablement assets and training programs, ideally for partner, channel, or OEM sales teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a history of building collaborative relationships across teams
- Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal direction
- Ability to learn complex technical concepts, including AI and accelerated computing
- Experience using data and process to make decisions and improve content quality
- Consistent attention to quality and detail in your deliverables
