Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP IBP Time Series Consultant to lead the delivery of advanced planning solutions within our SAP Planning – Delivery department. The role involves end‑to‑end responsibility for designing, configuring, and implementing time‑series based demand and supply planning models, ensuring data integrity, and providing post‑implementation support. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and drive best‑practice adoption across projects.
Lead design and configuration of SAP IBP time‑series planning models.
Configure planning areas, key figures, and master data.
Develop and optimize demand and supply planning processes.
Implement, test, and validate end‑to‑end IBP solutions.
Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and project deliverables.
7+ years of experience in SAP IBP, specifically time‑series planning.
Proven expertise in planning area configuration, key figures, and master data management.
Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning processes.
Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA and data integration techniques.
SAP IBP certification (preferred).
Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end implementation projects.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts to business users.
Proficiency in SQL, ABAP, or scripting languages (optional).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
