About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own Cyncly's integration platform, the connectors, APIs, and marketplace that connect Cyncly products to third-party tools, internal Cyncly products, and partner ecosystems.

This role sits at the infrastructure layer of the Flex platform. You will define how data flows across system boundaries, how partners build on top of Flex, and how internal teams consume shared services without duplicating effort.

If you find yourself energized by questions like "how should these two systems talk to each other, and who owns what" then this role is for you.

You will define APIs, integration frameworks, developer experiences, and connector marketplace capabilities that allow customers to seamlessly connect CRM, ERP, eCommerce, finance, manufacturing, and productivity systems.

Key Position Responsibilities include

  • Define and execute the roadmap for APIs, integrations, connector marketplace, and developer platform capabilities.
  • Drive the vision for an open ecosystem that enables partners, customers, and developers to extend the Cyncly platform.
  • Define API standards, integration patterns, authentication frameworks, and developer experience best practices.
  • Build and scale a connector marketplace supporting integrations with CRM, ERP, accounting, marketing automation, productivity, and commerce platforms.
  • Partner with engineering teams to establish scalable, secure, and reliable integration architectures.
  • Work closely with customers to identify high-value integrations and prioritize ecosystem investments.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to expand platform reach and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Define API adoption metrics, connector utilization KPIs, and ecosystem growth measurements.
  • Lead developer portal, API documentation, sandbox, and onboarding experiences.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years of Product Management experience building platform, integration, or API-driven products.
  • Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, authentication, and cloud integrations.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, finance, commerce, or enterprise application integrations.
  • Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into customer and business value.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, solution architects, and partner teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to have

Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.

Knowledge of developer platforms, SDKs, API monetization, and partner ecosystems.

Experience building integration marketplaces or app ecosystems.

Familiarity with enterprise software deployment and integration patterns.
