Responsibilities

Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. Monitor sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads.

Maintain and increase sales of company's products. Perform territory and sales analyses, assess the results and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Maintain and build a vast dealer network in respective area and maintain a good relationship with them.

Collect customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.

Establish, maintain and expand area’s customer base. Analyse customer’s needs for the area and service the needs of existing customers to retain them. Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness through both individual meetings and larger sales presentations.

Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients. Network to form new relationships with potential clients and follows up with potential and current clients.

Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales within the area.

Develop creative promotional strategies as per the estimated needs of the customers to attract more customers and to retain the existing ones. Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes. Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization.

Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/inputs.

Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization’s need. Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees.
