We have an opportunity for a SDP Relationship Manager to join our Homes Victoria team. What You’ll Do

  • This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
  • Ensure Downer achieves value for money from Service Delivery Partners by maintaining effective competition across the SDP panel.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with approved SDPs, maintaining engagement, capability and alignment to contract expectations.
  • Monitor SDP performance against KPIs, service standards and contractual obligations, escalating underperformance where required.
  • Support contract governance through oversight of subcontractor compliance, documentation, certifications and audit readiness.
  • Manage SDP-related issues, disputes and escalations in collaboration with operational and commercial teams.

What You’ll Bring

Qualification in procurement, supply chain, commerce, business, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Managing Service Delivery Partners or subcontractors in a BAU, contract-based service delivery environment.

Ongoing panel or supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring, issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Ability to analyse pricing, performance and market data to support value for money assessments and recommendations.

Working knowledge of procurement governance, probity and compliance principles in a BAU environment.

More than anything, you will bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering strong supplier relationships, value for money and reliable contract performance for our customer and the communities we serve.
