We have an opportunity for an Industry Engagement Coordinator to join our Homes Victoria team. In this role, you will support industry engagement and social procurement outcomes under the Homes Victoria Property Maintenance Services Contract. Your work will help strengthen supplier participation, industry capability and meaningful outcomes for Homes Victoria and the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

• This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting activities related to social procurement outcomes, including Indigenous participation and social benefit supplier engagement.
• Identify and engage with Indigenous and social benefit suppliers to support a diverse and capable supplier pipeline aligned to Homes Victoria objectives.
• Support industry capability development by linking suppliers with training programs, industry initiatives and engagement opportunities.
• Support the SDP Relationship Manager by providing insights, engagement outcomes and coordination that strengthen subcontractor action plans and value-for-money outcomes.
• Coordinate engagement activities, meetings and information exchange with internal and external stakeholders related to industry and social procurement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Qualification or background in community development, procurement, social procurement, business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in industry, supplier or stakeholder engagement roles within government, infrastructure, facilities management or service delivery environments.

Exposure to social procurement, Indigenous engagement or community-based supplier programs.

Understanding of social procurement principles and supplier diversity objectives.

Ability to coordinate engagement activities and maintain accurate records and reports.
