Key responsibilities

• Perform market and financial analysis for hotel projects
• Evaluate each project’s feasibility via market research and other approaches
• Liaise with other internal departments to carry out project studies
• Assist to superiors for all other project study
• Carry out other office administration and clerical duty

Requirements

• University graduate with relevant discipline
• Analytical mindset and figure mind
• Experience in market and financial analysis is preferred
• Positive working attitude
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
