- We are currently looking for a Buyer Spare Parts to join our Spare Parts team in Gdańsk, responsible for managing supply chain and logistics processes from our warehouse in Hamburg and ensuring timely delivery on board.
- Within Gdańsk, Spare Parts team plays a key role in handling end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Globally, the team ensures high-quality service through strong personal commitment and a clear focus on meeting customer expectations.
- Responsibility and authorization to create and adjust purchase orders based on correct original information and within agreed limit ranges.
- Responsibility and authorization to create vendor and material master data based on authorized information.
- Order data reconciliation in the relevant systems (Sertica, SAP MM) as well as tracking of delivery dates as well as responsibility for punctuality.
- Responsible for complete incoming goods notifications in the systems as well as clarification of discrepancies between purchase order and invoice in the context of invoice processing.
- You have at least 3+ years of practical experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (especially excel and PowerPoint) is necessary.
- The ability to work independently and flexible is nothing new to you.
- You have strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- You communicate very well in English (written and spoken).
- You have degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
