This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, connecting diverse teams and leading through influence, collaboration and strategic thinking.
What you'll be doing
As the EUNA iCom / IAT Lead, you will
- Set the strategic direction and long-term vision for the partnership across the EUNA region.

- Build alignment across regional, market unit and local teams, creating shared goals and clear priorities.

- Ensure the partnership remains commercially sustainable, operationally effective and focused on delivering value for clients.
What we're looking for
You might be a great fit if you
Have experience leading complex client relationships across multiple markets, regions or business units.
Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships.
Have a track record of leading large, cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.
Bring experience from integrated communications, media, marketing, consulting, digital, commerce, customer experience, data or related fields.
Can balance strategic thinking with practical problem solving and execution.
Are confident navigating ambiguity, change and competing priorities.
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making skills.
Are committed to fostering inclusive, high-performing teams where different perspectives are valued.
