Consulting Project Technical Manager

Singapore, Singapore In person Full-time

About the Role

Oracle Customer Success Services is looking for an experienced Consulting Project Technical Manager to lead complex cloud transformation engagements across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related platform technologies.

You’ll own delivery from planning through go-live and adoption, working across customer executives, Oracle specialists, partners, and technical teams. The role combines strong project leadership with commercial awareness, customer advocacy, and the ability to drive outcomes across complex, multi-workstream environments.

This is a strong fit for someone who has led large OCI or comparable cloud infrastructure programs and is comfortable operating across delivery, governance, risk, and executive stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream cloud engagements.
  • Own project scope, plans, milestones, staffing, budgets, deliverables, governance, and commercial commitments.
  • Coordinate consultants, architects, technical teams, partners, and customer stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead executive status reviews, steering committees, project meetings, and key decision forums.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, forecasts, utilization, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee delivery across design, configuration, integrations, migration, testing, training, go-live, and transition to support.
  • Ensure solution quality, delivery readiness, documentation, and adherence to Oracle methodologies.
  • Drive adoption through change management, communications, training, readiness, and post-go-live support.
  • Monitor customer outcomes, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and value realization.
  • Conduct lessons-learned reviews and continuously improve delivery practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer sponsors and business leaders.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and partner with account and sales teams to shape future services and optimization initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing large OCI or comparable cloud infrastructure programs.
  • Strong end-to-end project delivery capability across complex, multi-team environments.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform services.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, including experience with executives and senior sponsors.
  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change-management capability.
  • Experience managing project financials, forecasts, utilization, scope changes, and commercial commitments.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • Experience supporting change management, adoption, and business value realization.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify expansion or follow-on opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Why This Role?
  • You’ll work on complex cloud programs where delivery quality, adoption, and customer value matter equally.
  • At Oracle CSS, you’ll have the opportunity to lead strategic engagements, work with senior customer stakeholders, collaborate with deep technical experts, and help customers realize more value from Oracle Cloud.
  • If you enjoy leading complex cloud transformation programs, aligning diverse stakeholders, and turning delivery into lasting customer value, we’d like to hear from you.
