We are headquartered in Mannheim with primary working hubs in Munich, Madrid, and Mannheim. Why this role exists Our customers do not buy a tool, they buy a working procurement and supplier process. This role owns the question of what “working” means for Supplier Intelligence and Procurement on the osapiens HUB — and makes sure that answer reaches Delivery, Support, Customer Success and customers through content, not through a hundred individual sessions.
Internally, this role is our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the solution area — the person who owns whether we are technically and regulatorily right. It is deliberately not an onboarding role: Solution Excellence is a new team, and your capacity is protected so that product knowledge is created once, centrally.
