Marketing Associate

Pérez Law is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role supports the firm's day-to-day marketing, design, and content needs — from social media and website updates to event coordination and brand-consistent materials. It's a great fit for a graphic-design-minded self-starter who enjoys variety and wants to grow their marketing career. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing, social media, and website needs.
• Coordinate with our external marketing and SEO agency on content, revisions, and approvals.
• Assist with content/shoot days, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Create and update company graphics and marketing materials.
• Assist with planning and coordinating events, holiday activities, staff initiatives, and marketing-related activities.
• Help manage marketing calendars, deadlines, creative assets, and ongoing projects.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality. Qualifications
• Graphic design background or experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, required; Photoshop is a plus.
• Portfolio or previous work samples strongly preferred.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of layout, typography, and branding.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
