Job Summary

We’re looking for a Manager of Campaign Operations to keep our global marketing engine running efficiently. Sitting within Digital Marketing and working hand-in-hand with our Campaigns team, you will manage day-to-day production workflows, coordinate multi-channel asset delivery, and make sure our campaigns launch on time and without errors.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who knows how to move creative concepts into finished channel deliverables across web, digital media, email, print, and out-of-home.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end production cycle for integrated campaigns. Ensure every Bill of Materials (BOM) item—digital ads, landing pages, emails, print files, and localized copy—is complete, correctly formatted, and packaged for regional teams.
  • Track incoming requests, manage project schedules against defined SLAs, and keep cross-functional partners aligned on delivery milestones.
  • Run day-to-day operations using modern marketing tech tools, AI platforms, and automated workflow triggers to cut down manual admin tasks and streamline asset routing.
  • Partner with Paid Media, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to match creative production with media live dates. Confirm tracking parameters, tags, and channel specifications are fully baked into assets before launch.
  • Lead pre-flight testing across assets, links, forms, and landing pages to ensure error-free execution across all touchpoints.
  • Direct day-to-day tasks for external agency production partners and operational specialists, helping balance workloads and maintain high standards.
  • Monitor campaign activation spend against allocated program budgets, updating tracker sheets and operational dashboards so team leads have clean, timely visibility.
  • 8-9 years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, or traffic management, ideally within a B2B enterprise tech company or digital agency.
  • Deep familiarity with multi-channel asset production across paid social, display, search, email, print, and OOH.
  • Proven experience managing production schedules, localized campaign kits, and multi-asset handoffs.
  • Working knowledge of tracking tags, UTM architectures, and ad specs.
  • Experience keeping project teams or agency vendors focused and on deadline.
  • Solid background tracking campaign costs and working with marketing operations on budget logs.
  • Advanced hands-on skills with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Workfront.
