EssentialFunctions

• Toassistinthedevelopmentofaknowledgebuildingorganizationbyprovidingmanagementwithallinformationalneeds.
• Toprovideproactiveanalysistoalllevelsofcompanymanagement.
• Toproactivelyparticipateintheannualplanningprocessincludingdatagathering;datastoring;datavalidation;customerservice;andanalysis.
• Demonstrateafocusedcustomerserviceapproachtowardspecialrequestsandad-hocprojectsfor division staff.
• PreparepresentationsforSeniorManagementincludingbutnotlimitedtoquarterlyoperationsand.
• Proactively participate in Information Management objectives including automation of tasks and process improvements. Support Division in their Information Managementneeds.
• InteractionwiththeWinScorecard-answeringquestions,creatingreports,additionalsupport.
• Monitor key financial metrics, including sales, margin, contribution margin, operating income, productivity, cost performance, inventory, working capital, and other division KPIs.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with plant teams to understand performance gaps versus forecast budget, prior year, and strategic targets.
• Assist in identifying root causes of financial performance issues and help coordinate corrective action plans with plant and functional leaders.
• Support monthly close, forecast, annual operating plan, and strategic planning processes as needed.
• Assist with general accounting responsibilities as needed
• Assist with plant accountant responsibilities like
• Partnering with operations to identify and drive cost saving opportunities
• Track capex/ project spending and support fixed asset accounting
• Involve in maintaining a compliant SOX environment
• Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and support business decisions
• Any additional support as they come up

Qualifications

• -FouryearcollegegraduatewithAccountingorFinancemajor.3 + years of experience in Accounting & Finance / Supply Chain / IT disciplines with strong focus on analytics.
• Very strong computer skills, specifically Excel; Excel Macros; PowerPoint; Relational databases; understanding of CONSCO reports and Structures; Exposure to Hyperion;GeneralLedger(GLYA/GLTA),understandingofWINStrategyandfamiliarwiththeWINScorecard.
• Strongcommunicationskills-writtenandverbal.
• Stronganalyticalskillswithahighattentiontodetail.
• Operationalexperiencehighlyrecommended.
• CustomerServiceorientedwhileworkingasateamplayer.
