JOB SUMMARY
The Personnel Board of Jefferson County is seeking experienced Workday System Specialists to support the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employment records and transactions across multiple Merit System agencies. Responsibilities include conducting quality control reviews of employment actions and records in Workday; calculating and maintaining agency salary schedules; reviewing payroll records for certification purposes; and ensuring compliance with Personnel Board Rules and Regulations and established policies.
Additional duties include educating and training agency end users on Workday processes, troubleshooting system and business process issues, and coordinating with appropriate Personnel Board staff and Merit System agency representatives to resolve errors and ensure accurate processing of employment actions and records.
