GTM Lead, Brazil (LATAM)

Remote Full-time

Reign.com is the Autonomous Commerce Platform for DTC founders. We unify storefronts, checkout, payments, and operations into one AI-native platform where agents handle the operational grind and merchants focus on growth: making the most money, with the least headache, on their own terms. We set out to build the "Shopify of Direct Response," and along the way we recognized something bigger. Direct response is roughly a third of all ecommerce transactions, a trillion-dollar market chronically overlooked by Silicon Valley.

The merchants who run it are obsessive about tooling. They live and die by velocity, conversion, and margin. They have no brand moats, so they compete purely on operations, which is exactly what makes them the earliest and fastest adopters of AI agents in commerce. This is a category-defining bet, and we are running at it from a position of strength. Where We Are Today 8-figure ARR, growing 100%+ YoY (top 0.5% of all startups launched in 2024), and we do it with capital efficiency: there is a real chance we finish the year with more cash on our balance sheet than we have ever raised Rapid merchant adoption and expanding market presence On track to beat our budgeted sales target by 100%+ Industry-leading NPS score 70% of our new deals come as referrals from existing merchants Venture-backed by a multi-billionaire ex-founder and direct response industry leaders An executive team that has done this before: multiple leaders who have scaled a company from zero to unicorn status A founder who builds from domain expertise: he bootstrapped $200M+ in DTC revenue as a direct response merchant before starting Reign.com , and is building the platform he always wanted as a merchant Why This Role Exists We found the third of ecommerce that Silicon Valley forgot, and we built the engine that wins it: referrals from merchants who already run on us, and rooms full of the right operators.

That engine runs in the US today. Our merchants don't stop at the border. Direct response operators cluster in a handful of places worldwide, and Brazil is one of the densest. The signals are clear: a deep bench of direct response operators, Chargeblast, which sells chargeback prevention to the same merchants we serve, starting to succeed there, and homegrown competitors like CartPanda built for those operators. What's missing is somebody from Reign.com on the ground.

Our US sales team steps into a system that works: inbound, referrals, events, a partner network that sends us merchants every week. In Brazil there is no system yet. Nobody has mapped where the operators meet, which agencies and media buyers they trust, which fulfillment and payment partners they use, or which payment rails work best for Brazilian merchants. That is the job. You are the first person from Reign.com on the ground, and you build the go-to-market from zero: boots on the ground, referrals, and events.

This is not a "run the sequence and wait" role. You start as an individual contributor who owns a market, and once you've proven traction you grow a team under you. We are hiring a GTM Lead who: owns the market's number end to end, from the first conversation to the merchant's first sale on Reign.com hosts the events where our merchants already want to be, and turns the room into pipeline finds and activates the partners and referral channels that send us merchants, with a number on each one knows the merchants, the competitors, and the payments realities of the market better than anyone at Reign.com writes the playbook as you go You get more autonomy than a sales rep and more accountability.

We don't hand you a territory plan; you bring us one in your first month, with numbers, and then you execute it. The scoreboard is merchants from your market live on Reign.com and growing, and it will be clear within 90 days, and probably within 30, whether it's working. Brazil is the whole job. Once you've proven traction, the seat grows with you: a team under you, and the rest of Latin America when you're ready for it.

What You'll Own Your market's number. Merchants from Brazil live on Reign.com and transacting. You own the funnel from first conversation to first sale: sourcing, demos, close, and the handoff into onboarding and payments. You stay on every merchant past the signed agreement: through underwriting, onboarding, first campaigns, and their first big month. Client success owns the relationship after that. You make sure nothing falls through the gap between your handshake and their first sale.

Events. Our best-closing channel is a room full of the right operators. You build that in your market: dinners, meetups, workshops, a seat at the events operators already attend, and eventually our own. You pick the venue, build the list, fill the room, and run the follow-up yourself. The merchants in the room are in our pipeline the next day. Partnerships and referral channels. Agencies, media buyers, fulfillment and logistics, local payment players, communities, creators, etc.

You find the ones that reach our merchants, you make the case, and you get them sending deals. Market truth. You know the merchants, their funnels, their stacks, and their complaints from memory. You know which local platforms they run on today, where we win, and where we don't yet. You bring that back as a written market map in your first month and keep it current. When a competitor or a platform makes a material move in your market, we know within 48 hours.

When our merchants in the market need something from product, payments, or client success, you are the one who says it clearly, with numbers. We have the strongest engineering team in direct response, and we ship at the speed of light thanks to our investments in our AI SDLC. You tell us the gaps and we’ll close them with record pace. Payments reality. Our merchants live and die by approval rates and chargebacks. You learn which payment rails work best for Brazilian merchants in your first month, and you sell what we can underwrite.

Every merchant you bring in walks into underwriting with realistic expectations and the right offer type. You work with our payments team on what your market needs next, and you make the case with real merchants behind it. The playbook. Everything you learn gets written down: where the operators meet, what worked at each event, which partners send merchants and why, what to say on the first call. By the end of your first quarter, anyone who joins you in Brazil starts from your playbook.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days Day 30. You know the product the way a merchant does, you've passed the CRM test every new team member passes, and you can demo it in Portuguese. You've shipped a written market map: where the operators meet, who sends them, the platforms they run on today, and which payment rails are best for your market. You've had 25 real conversations with ICP merchants, your first event has a date and a venue, and you've told us one thing about the market we didn't know.

Day 60. Your first event has happened and the merchants in the room are in the pipeline with next steps. The first partners have a number, an owner, and a next step, and one is already sending merchants. The first merchants you sourced are in onboarding with payments approved and expectations set. You post your market's numbers every week, and you've killed at least one idea that wasn't worth the company's time and said so.

Day 90. Several merchants from your market are live and transacting. Two partners are producing referrals without you chasing them. Your second event is on the calendar, and the first one paid for itself in GMV. Client success says your merchants arrive ready. Who You Are You live in the market. You are based in Brazil, fluent in Portuguese and English, and already inside the direct response community there. You know the operators, the agencies, the events, and the group chats, and some of them know you.

You have opened something from zero. A market, a region, a channel, or a company, with no playbook handed to you, and you can show the before and after with numbers. A closer and a host. You can run a discovery call, demo a product, and close a founder who makes decisions on the call. And you can fill a room with the right people and turn it into pipeline. Fluent in the merchant's business. Offers, funnels, upsells, subscriptions, approval rates, chargebacks, LTV, CAC, and margin.

Our merchants can tell within thirty seconds whether you understand their business. A missile, not a passenger. You operate with a lot of autonomy and solve problems instead of escalating them. You don't bring us problems; you bring solutions and the resources you need to execute. Open to AI. You don't have to have built anything with AI yet. You're curious about it, you reach for it when you hit a problem, and you want to learn the tools the rest of the company already runs on.

If you close deals, you close deals, and we'll teach you the rest. Startup-forged. You've thrived in fast, resource-constrained, high-intensity environments in the last few years, or you've built something of your own. No tolerance for mediocrity. The people who thrive here hold themselves and others to an extremely high standard with no exceptions. We're here to build a generational company. Huge Plus You've run, marketed, or bought media for a direct response store in Brazil, and you know what a broken checkout or a frozen payout feels like on a Friday night.

You've sold to Brazilian DTC operators before: payments, checkout, fulfillment, ad networks, or an agency, and some of them would take your call today. You've launched a market for a company that was new to it, and the market is still growing. Our Values We are a value-driven company. These aren't words that we just put on a wall. They dictate how we hire, fire, and promote. All In to Win. Operate with urgency and a relentless focus on excellence.

A Players Only. Build and maintain exceptional talent density. Pure meritocracy. Merchant First. Every decision is measured by merchant impact. Entrepreneurial Spirit. Move quickly, stay resourceful, and take ownership. No Ego. The best ideas win regardless of title or tenure. No BS politics. **Reign.com is mission-first and performance-driven. We operate with urgency, give direct feedback, and expect high ownership. If you thrive under pressure and love building in fast-moving environments, you'll do great here.

If you strongly prioritize predictability, comfort, and work/life separation, this 100% isn't the right role.** We operate as a flat, high talent density, meritocratic organization.
