Head of Digital Delivery

The purpose of the Head of Digital Delivery is to manage the delivery of the implementation of Digital Services to new and existing clients. Accountable for delivering the Digital Service implementation portfolio; budgets for delivery, working priorities, escalating and resolving RAIDs, defining resourcing requirements, managing external delivery partners. This role is vital in the successful scaled deployment of Digital Services to our existing and new customer base, transitioning the operation onto Digital Services in a sustainable fashion.

Responsible for the efficient management, oversight and governance of the portfolio of Digital Service deployment and implementation. Responsible for the analysis of internal and external resourcing required to deliver the portfolio of change, that external delivery partners are being managed effectively and that client requirements are met throughout. This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
