As an integrated producer for Ninety6, Progressive's in-house agency, you'll bring brand experiences to life across events, print, digital, and photography. In this role, you’ll partner with creatives and cross-functional teams on work for internal and external audiences, from live events to digital signage. You'll manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring work is produced on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. You'll also lead photo productions and help evolve how we produce integrated work across channels. From event signage and print collateral to digital displays and photo shoots, you'll ensure every piece meets business objectives and brand standards.

Minimum qualifications

High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience in a marketing role

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related work experience in a marketing role

Preferred skills

Proven experience producing events and experiential programs from brief to delivery, including multi-venue events and multi-site distribution of signage, merch, and materials

Deep print production and art buying expertise, including paper stocks, specialty finishes, and proofing, with experience sourcing and bidding the right print vendors for each project

Experience producing digital and large-format signage for venues and events, translating creative into the right specs, formats, and placements for every screen

Demonstrated ability to produce photo shoots end to end, from sourcing and bidding photographers through pre-production, the shoot, usage rights, and retouching, with video production experience a plus

Strong organizational, budgeting, and negotiation skills, paired with a solution-oriented approach and a reliable network of vendors, fabricators, and freelancers

Compensation

$74,000 - $119,500/year depending on position level and experience

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
