Overview

We are hiring an Account Director to lead media planning across two exciting and culturally relevant clients: a leading technology brand and a luxury fashion brand. This is an opportunity to work across two very different categories, bringing together technology, innovation, creativity and culture. You’ll take ownership of senior client relationships and annual planning, while helping a talented team turn smart thinking into brilliant media work. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complex briefs, collaborating across disciplines and shaping work that moves brands forward, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Own senior client relationships across the technology and luxury fashion accounts, becoming a trusted partner who understands their ambitions and challenges.

Lead annual media planning and campaign delivery, ensuring strategic thinking translates into high-quality work throughout the year.

Bring together media, audience and campaign insights to identify opportunities that strengthen client outcomes and inspire new thinking.

Collaborate across specialist and investment teams, connecting the right expertise to create integrated solutions for each brand.

Guide clients through the media landscape, clearly articulating the role different channels can play within the wider communications strategy.

Lead and develop junior team members, creating clarity around priorities, supporting their growth and helping the wider team work effectively.

Partner with the Business Director on account management, forecasting and ways of working, while building strong relationships across local and regional teams.

Experience in client servicing, planning or account management within a media agency, with the ability to take ownership of client relationships and delivery.

A strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels, and how they work together to answer broader communications challenges.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the confidence to make complex ideas clear and compelling.

The ability to build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders, challenge constructively and navigate different perspectives with diplomacy.

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities across clients, campaigns and team members.

Experience supporting and developing colleagues, giving people the direction and space they need to do their best work.

A curious and adaptable approach, with an interest in turning campaign data and audience understanding into useful insights and opportunities.
