Billing & Credit Control Executive

Role Purpose

We’re looking to appoint a Billing & Credit Control Executive. The primary purpose of this role is to focus on ensuring a timely and efficient process is managed and maintained across all billing and credit control matters.

Key Responsibilities

• ·Liaising with clients, client accountants and HMRC to receive updates on the status of their R&D tax credit claim, from the point of submission through to the client’s receipt of the benefit
• ·Client care duties on handover from the Consulting team
• ·Full understanding of the RCK fee structure (how it is derived and calculated, and what that means for the clients’ claim)
• ·Creating and sending out client invoices
• ·Management of personal portfolio of client debt
• ·Escalation of aged debt internally as well as third party debt collection services; and management of the progress of these clients
• ·Any other relevant ad hoc finance administration duties

About You

·Highly organised and proactive

·Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy, diligence and attention to detail

·Exceptional communicator and must be comfortable with being on the phone, as this role will be spent making calls as opposed to sending emails

·Must be happy to work from our City of London offices 4 days per week (5 days during probation)

·Whilst no prior qualifications are necessary, study support towards a relevant qualification such as CICM or AAT will be offered after passing probation
