About the Role
As an Assurance Specialist at Waythrough, you will play a key role in supporting operational assurance and driving continuous improvement across our services. Working closely with the Assurance Lead and the wider Performance and Data team, you will help embed our assurance framework, ensuring services have the right measures, processes and oversight in place to deliver high-quality, safe and effective support.
You will provide expert guidance on assurance metrics, incident management and regulatory expectations, helping operational colleagues understand performance information and translate insights into meaningful actions. You will also support learning from incidents and complaints, identify opportunities to share best practice, and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Working across different services in response to assurance needs, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supporting the implementation of assurance measures for new services and contracts. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by strengthening governance, improving service delivery and ensuring our assurance processes support positive outcomes for the people we work wit
