Program Manager

HSM is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs across our Fort Smith, AR and Tulsa, OK facilities. In this role, you'll coordinate program execution, manage milestones and launch readiness, track risks, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure successful product launches and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years of experience in manufacturing, project coordination, or program management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
