Process Engineering Manager

As Manager, Process Engineering, you will lead engineers and technical talent in strengthening how products are made across assigned TSM operations. You’ll bring structure to complex problems, turn plant priorities into executable engineering plans, and ensure new processes, equipment, and product launches are ready to perform. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who can move confidently between the production floor, project reviews, data analysis, and team coaching—and who finds real satisfaction in improvements that last.
