Senior QA/Test Analyst – SNAP Eligibility Rules (Oracle OPA)

We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Analyst with strong SNAP eligibility knowledge to support a large-scale eligibility modernization initiative. This role will focus on validating business rules implemented within Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), ensuring that eligibility determinations, benefit calculations, and case processing functions operate accurately and in accordance with federal and state program requirements. The ideal candidate combines hands-on testing experience with a strong understanding of SNAP eligibility operations and business rules.

This individual will work closely with State stakeholders, solution leads, business analysts, and offshore development teams to validate rule configurations, identify defects, and ensure solution quality.
