Shift: FLEX SCHEDULE - Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
Position Specific Responsibilities
Ensure that training gaps within the organization are identified.
Develop curriculum and class schedules that support closure of key training gaps.
Offer one-on-one training assistance when needed.
Provide on-floor training support for new/developing manufacturing technicians
Support new hire training logistics to ensure an effective onboarding process. Manage training records to support personnel knowledge capability. Support manufacturing areas to evaluate training requirements. Support employee skills evaluation.
Assure training plans are aligned and updated according to effective Job Descriptions.
Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Help maintain training records and the documents for all classes.
Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety (EHS) systems and promote continuous improvement. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.
