EU Field And Education Manager

The EU Field & Education Manager is responsible for supporting REFY's brand presence, education delivery and retail execution across Europe. You will act as a key representative of the REFY brand across Sephora EU, delivering education programmes, supporting in-store excellence and building strong relationships with Sephora stakeholders across launch markets. You will be responsible for coordinating Sephora education and training activities across the EU region, with an initial focus on France and Italy and expansion into Germany and Iberia as the business grows.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced beauty retail and education professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will work closely with Commercial, Brand, Education, Operations, People and Sephora teams to support consistent execution across all doors. You will be responsible for maintaining door-level execution standards, gondola presentation, in-store events and education initiatives hosted by REFY and Sephora.

The role requires regular travel, particularly within priority cities including Paris, Rome and Milan. You should be equally comfortable delivering training, building retail relationships, resolving operational challenges and presenting insights and opportunities to internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact role suited to someone with 7+ years' experience in prestige beauty retail, education or field operations.
