- 15+ 11 Required Years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles
- 15+ 11 Required Hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.
- 15+ 11 Required Experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing, with validation of end-to-end workflows across clinical and administrative roles.
- 10+ 11 Required Experience leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems, including validation of patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
- 10+ 11 Required Experience in ensuring SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases is fully tested
- 10+ 11 Required Coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts.
- 10+ 11 Required Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.
- 10+ 11 Required Coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
- 10+ 11 Required Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.
- 10+ 11 Required Create and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence
- 10+ 6 Preferred Prior experience with EHR implementations (clinical, pharmacy, billing workflows)
- 10+ 6 Preferred Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/A, ICD, and CPT, as applicable.
- 10+ 6 Preferred Understanding of HIPAA, privacy, security, and government healthcare compliance requirements.
- 10+ 6 Preferred Experience supporting state or public sector healthcare systems
