This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Senior Analyst to join our Strategy & Business Operations team. You will own live financial and revenue analytics products—building automated views of bookings, revenue, pipeline, and cost using Python and AI coding tools—while supporting company transformation programs with robust tracking.
Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain live financial and GTM analytics (bookings, ARR, pipeline conversion, retention, and cost trends).
- Automate recurring reporting cycles to eliminate manual refreshes.
- Support transformation programs by setting baselines, tracking targets, and flagging risks.
- Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery); document methods for reproducibility.
- Align with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership on metric definitions.
- Present actionable findings to senior leadership, including VPs and the C-suite.
What success looks like in this role
- 3 Months: Master data sources, align metric definitions with stakeholders, ship your first automated view, and set a transformation baseline.
- 6 Months: Core financial/GTM views are automated, at least one reporting cycle runs independently, and you have delivered your first executive readout.
- 12 Months: Full ownership of the analytics suite (reconciled with Finance, reporting time cut by 50%); trusted by leadership for planning and reviews.
- To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Experience: 4+ years in strategy, business ops, financial analysis, analytics, or consulting (management consulting/advanced degree/software strategic finance preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas) for building tools, advanced SQL, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) with strong code-review judgment.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid grounding in subscription software financial and revenue metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to brief executives concisely.
