Summary

Under limited supervision, we are seeking a qualified Business Analyst responsible for planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify waste and opportunities for cost reductions, analyze site costs and the utilization of available resources, assist with ROI analysis for capital investments, and deliver actionable analytical reports to management for decision-making and operational control.

What You'll Do

• ●Plan, study, and collect operational and financial data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
• ●Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the facility to identify waste and drive tangible cost reduction opportunities.
• ●Analyze plant/site costs and evaluate the efficient allocation and use of available resources.
• ●Provide comprehensive analytical reporting and presentations to management to support strategic decision-making and operational control.
• ●Assist with return on investment (ROI) analyses and business justification for capital investments.
• ●Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses across manufacturing and business processes.
• ●Execute all other related duties and analytical initiatives as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• ●Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• ●3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Cost Accountant, or Industrial Engineer.
• ●Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data and synthesize findings into detailed management presentations.
• ●Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• ●Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• ●Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• ●Strong adaptability within a fast-moving, changing culture and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

How to Stand Out

●Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems or similar enterprise-grade manufacturing platforms.

●Direct experience performing cost accounting or financial operations analysis within an electronics manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment.
