We are looking for an early-career HR professional to join our Singapore HR team to support strategic people and workforce initiatives across the region.

This role offers broad exposure to workforce planning, HR analytics, regional HR programs and senior stakeholder engagement. You will work across HR teams and countries, turning data into insights, coordinating key initiatives and helping translate regional priorities into action.

It is an opportunity for someone with a strong HR foundation who is ready to broaden their experience and develop towards a more strategic HR career.

What will you do?

Support workforce planning and headcount analysis across East Asia, identifying trends, gaps and potential risks.

Consolidate and analyse people data to generate clear insights for HR decision-making.

Track hiring, workforce movements and key people priorities in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Finance.

Coordinate regional HR projects and programs, ensuring actions and milestones remain on track.

Prepare dashboards, presentations and insights for HR leadership and business reviews.

Work with HR teams across different countries to support consistent implementation of regional initiatives.

Contribute to projects covering employee experience, ways of working and HR transformation.

Take on increasing ownership of projects and workstreams as your capability develops.

What qualifications will make you successful?

3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally across HRBP, HR operations, workforce planning, HR analytics, talent or HR project roles.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.

Good project coordination and organisational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

Curiosity and willingness to understand the business behind the HR agenda.

Comfortable working across countries and cultures in a regional environment.

Proactive, structured and willing to take ownership.

Strong learning agility with the potential to grow into broader HR responsibilities.

What's in it for me?

You will gain exposure beyond a single HR discipline, working across strategy, workforce, analytics and regional HR programs. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of projects and build the breadth needed for future roles in HR Business Partnering, HR Strategy or regional HR leadership.
